The ChainGPT Launchpad is a platform designed to provide early access to the most promising startups and crypto projects. All projects listed on the platform undergo a rigorous incubation and quality assurance process by the ChainGPT team to ensure they meet high standards.

Eligibility to Participate in the Launchpad

To become a member of the ChainGPT Launchpad, users must meet two basic criteria:

1. KYC/AML Compliance: Complete onboarding with our KYC/AML partner Blockpass.
2. Staking: Stake a minimum amount of $CGPT tokens to accumulate points and attain at least the Bronze tier status. 

2. Staking and the Point System

Staking $CGPT Tokens

Staking $CGPT tokens allows you to accumulate points and gain access to the various benefits within the ChainGPT ecosystem. Staking is also the primary way to enter the Launchpad's tiered system.

1 staked $CGPT = 1 tier point

Staking is divided into four pools based on time duration, each with its own point multiplier:

• 45 days = 1x points multiplier
• 90 days = 1.3x points multiplier
• 180 days = 1.5x points multiplier
• 365 days = 2x points multiplier

Point System

The point system determines your eligibility for various participation rounds and your tier level. Points are calculated by multiplying the tokens you stake by the point multiplier of the pool you choose.

Examples:

• If you stake 1,000 $CGPT in the 45-day pool: 1,000 x 1 = 1,000 points
• If you stake 1,000 $CGPT in the 180-day pool: 1,000 x 1.5 = 1,500 points

• Points Required: 200,000+ points
• Pool Weight: Minimum 40x Allocation Multiplier
• Refund Eligibility: Yes, 100%
• Participation Rounds: Round #1 (Guaranteed) and Round #2 (FCFS)
• Additional Info: Token and NFT airdrops from incubated projects, private group access for voting, freemium access to ChainGPT’s AI tools.

Tier Allocation Multiplier Example:

• Silver Tier: Bobby with 20,000 points = 4x multiplier; Sally with 35,000 points = 7x multiplier
• Gold Tier: Robert with 50,000 points = 10x multiplier; Georgette with 100,000 points = 20x multiplier
• Diamond Tier: Garry with 200,000 points = 40x multiplier; Elizabeth with 400,000 points = 50x multiplier

4. How to Register Interest for Guaranteed IDO Allocation

To access the Guaranteed IDO Allocation Round, users in the Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers need to register their interest.

Steps to Register Interest:

1. Complete KYC with Blockpass.
2. Stake $CGPT tokens and acquire enough points to qualify for at least Silver tier status.
3. Register Interest: The registration option will be available at least a week before the IDO launch.

Note: If users do not register interest, they will not be able to participate in the Guaranteed Round but can still participate in the FCFS (First Come First Serve) round.

5. Claiming Tokens and Requesting Refunds

Once an IDO concludes, users will enter the cooldown period until the Token Generation Event (TGE) begins. After TGE, users will have two options:

Option 1: Claim Tokens

Once you claim tokens, you forgo the ability to request a refund. You’ll receive a green checkmark under the “Schedule” section, confirming your claim.

Option 2: Request a Refund

If you choose to request a refund, the option will be processed within 24 hours. Once confirmed, you can collect the funds into your wallet.

6. Restricted Countries

Currently, users from the following countries are restricted from participating in the ChainGPT Launchpad’s IDO:

• Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.
• US users: Due to regulatory uncertainties, US users are currently unable to complete KYC.
